Join us on Sunday, March 8th, 2-4:30pm, for "Making Our Legacy Matter," an afternoon tea with Our Bodies Ourselves on International Women's Day!
International Women’s Day commemorates the long, ongoing struggle for gender justice and gender equality. We gather on this day to share wisdom and conspire against patriarchy. We celebrate the historic impact of the women’s health movement and the feminists who have led it for over the last five decades.
This year, we especially wish to honor Our Bodies Ourselves co-founder Paula Doress-Worters (1938-2026) for her lifelong work to make a more just world.
Our Bodies Ourselves remains resolute in advancing health, sexual autonomy, and reproductive justice for women and gender-expansive people everywhere.
Together we will carry forward our powerful legacy, in a world that still thirsts for it.
For those who cannot attend in person, we will livestream the event on YouTube and on the Our Bodies Ourselves YouTube landing page.
