Sarah Pillone
Sarah Pillone (she/her) is a recent Tufts University graduate and past Our Bodies Ourselves intern. She recently graduated with a BA in community health. Throughout her studies, she focused on researching programs and interventions to improve menstrual health across many populations and contexts.
Sarah first joined Our Bodies Ourselves as an intern in 2023. In this role, she focused on developing the menstruation through menopause content area, ensuring that its resources were inclusive of many perspectives and experiences.
Before pursuing medical school, Sarah is gaining primary care experience as a medical scribe at a family practice. She dreams of a career in which she works with people with uteri to ensure their access to reproductive services and education. She hopes to engage with menstruators of all ages in community and global settings.
Sarah is honored to collaborate with fellow content experts who inspired her when she was an OBOS Today intern. She is excited to continue exploring her passions for menstrual equity and finding creative ways to make menstrual equity accessible.
