Sarah Javaid

Sarah Javaid (she/her) is a researcher with a primary focus in quantitative research, but also enjoys qualitative research. She graduated with her master of public health in epidemiology, focusing her research on pregnancy and birth outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic, including mental health. She also has a BS in neuroscience.
Sarah’s work has focused on health equity, mental health, housing and food insecurity, economic insecurity, and school climates. Her work has been featured in Forbes, USA Today, Chief, MSNBC, CNBC, Axios, and The 19th.
Our Bodies, Ourselves was foundational to launching me into a career focused on fighting for women’s reproductive health rights and social justice.
