Dr. Janina Maschke (she/her) is a cognitive psychologist, author, and founder of ADHD Empowerment. With education and training spanning the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, China, and Australia, Dr. Janina Maschke brings a global perspective to her work.
Passionate about helping individuals with ADHD embrace their unique strengths, Dr. Janina Maschke is dedicated to empowering ADHD'ers to reach their full potential.
In addition to coaching, Dr. Janina Maschke serves as a subject matter expert for universities nationwide and conducts research on ADHD in women in collaboration with George Washington University (GWU).
As the author of "A Feminist's Guide to ADHD," Dr. Janina Maschke explores the unique experiences of women with ADHD, offering valuable insights and support. Her research includes peer-reviewed publications on child and adolescent development, brain function, ADHD in women and the role of sleep in memory consolidation.
Through coaching, research, social media and writing, Dr. Janina Maschke bridges science and practical strategies to help individuals thrive.
