Taking Back Power: Annie Faces an NDA

NDAs can be a common way for employers to silence sexual harassment and sexual assault allegations. This comic strip explores a scenario in which a woman, Annie, is asked to sign an NDA after reporting her supervisor for sexual harassment. It explores tactics that employers may use to silence survivors. It also addresses the role that race and gender can play in reporting. Through resources on the Can’t Buy My Silence website, Annie learns her rights, realizes that she is not alone, and decides not to be silenced by an NDA.

I want to be free to speak to others and to take care of myself. How could I do that without talking about happened to me?
