Ologies Podcast Featuring Dr. Daniel Pfau on Sex, Gender, and Neuroendocrinology

This two-part episode series of the Ologies podcast with Alie Ward features genderqueer neuroscientist and endocrinology researcher Dr. Daniel Pfau. It offers a discussion of sex and gender, addresses their biological underpinnings, and even includes queer lizards.

One of the things about HRT is, we really don't have a lot of longitudinal studies that show us exactly what does and does not happen. And one of the reasons why I'm really a big advocate for looking in animals is because doing longitudinal studies where we are able to look in aged populations of mice takes a much shorter time and it's much better to the animals.
