The Cairo Women’s Health Book Collective published a book in Arabic inspired by “Our Bodies, Ourselves” in 1991. The organization is no longer active and the book is no longer in print.

Unser Korper, Unser Leben
Translation: Our Bodies, Our Lives
A two-volume German edition of “Our Bodies, Ourselves” was published in 1980 by the publishing house Rowohlt Verlag GmBH. Both volumes were revised in 1988. The first volume was reissued annually through 1999; the second volume was reissued annually through 1996.
FIJI: University of the South Pacific
Caring for Ourselves: A Health Handbook for Pacific Women
This 1983 English adaptation of “Our Bodies, Ourselves,” written by Vanessa Griffen, addresses Pacific women’s health realities and needs.
The book is no longer in print.
Greece: Ipodomi Books Limited
Translation: We and Our Body
A Greek edition of “Our Bodies, Ourselves” was published in 1981 by the publishing house Ipodomi Books Limited.
The book is out of print and the publisher is no longer in business.

Translation: Mother’s body: The truth of life and love
The first Japanese adaptation of "Our Bodies, Ourselves" was published in 1974 by Godo-shuppan in Tokyo. This book is out of print.
Netherlands: Uitgeverij Prometheus / Bert Bakker
Je Lichaam, Je Leven
Translation: Your Body, Your Life
A Dutch edition of “Our Bodies, Ourselves” was published in 1981 by Bert Bakker BV Prometheus.
This book is out of print, and the publisher is now doing business as Uitgeverij Prometheus / Bert Bakker.
Russia
This Russian edition of “Our Bodies, Ourselves” was published in 1995. It is primarily a translation of the 1998 U.S. edition of “Our Bodies, Ourselves”.
The book is currently out-of-print.

A Thai edition of “Our Bodies, Ourselves” (a direct translation) was published in 1996 by the Women’s Health Education Network. This project was located in the Population Council’s office in Bangkok. The book is out of print.
