This panel examines how Jeffrey Epstein—and powerful men more broadly—are enabled by systems of wealth and institutional silence. In addition to high-profile cases, like Epstein's, panelists will also address the broader, more widespread nature of exploitation, examining how various power structures intersect to obscure or allow for abuse.
The event will conclude with a discussion about practical strategies for activists, journalists, bystanders, and communities to recognize warning signs, disrupt harmful dynamics, and create safer, more accountable spaces.
