Raising Women's Voices put together a fact sheet on why young people are so often without insurance and ways to make it more affordable.
In this report, Community Catalyst explains how to insure more young people now: Change state laws to allow young people to remain on their parents’ health insurance plans beyond age 18. Finally, here's a look at what Massachusetts offers: a health plan especially designed for 18-26 year-olds.

Thanks for highlighting our Reform Matters conference call series! It's true - there's a lot of work to be done in the effort to secure comprehensive, affordable healthcare for women. We've got more information about the barriers to women’s healthcare access and details about our conference call series on our website as well as more information about young women and insurance coverage on our blog.
