This newsletter honors Pride month and the LGBTQIA+ work of Our Bodies Ourselves Today in the past and present.

It highlights “In Amerika They Call Us Dykes,'' a chapter from the 1973 edition of “ Our Bodies, Ourselves.” The chapter was one of the first nonfiction accounts of lesbian life, written by lesbians.

The issue also features the Our Bodies Ourselves Today resource “All About Orgasms,” an interview with sexuality content expert chair Heather Corinna, and a personal story in which Masha reflects on her sexuality and gender transitions. The concluding piece notes Our Bodies Today’s participation in Give OUT Day, a fundraising campaign focused on LGBTQIA+ organizations.
