April 2025 Newsletter: Refusing to be Silent

In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, our April 2025 newsletter highlights gender-based violence resources from our website: information about reproductive coercion; a tool that enables us to remove non-consensual intimate images of ourselves (such as revenge porn) from the internet; testimony from survivors of abusive relationships; and a story about how stable housing helps protect transgender people from violence.  We also hope that youʼll take heart from our upcoming events as well as the people we spotlight from Our Bodies Ourselves's network: forensic nurse and educator Jessica Draughon Moret, empowerment self-defense teacher Lauren Taylor, and the activist authors on our upcoming Reproductive Justice panel.
