Natalie Nanasi is an Associate Professor at SMU Law School, where she serves as the Director of the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women. She has devoted her legal career to representing survivors of gender-based violence and training the next generation of attorneys to advocate on behalf of those impacted by intimate partner abuse, human trafficking, and sexual violence. Professor Nanasi’s research explores the intersection of gender and feminist theory with immigration and firearms.
