Discussions about BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) older adults often focus solely on disparities. It is true that racism, discrimination, and biases are rife in our systems of support and must be identified, dismantled, and redesigned with particular attention to those communities that have been historically oppressed. It is also true that BIPOC older adults also experience joy and purpose. Through videos, podcasts, and articles, this section offers opportunities for improving services, celebrating identity, and re-examining what BIPOC aging means.
