Noël Arring, DNP, PhD, RN, (she/her) is an associate professor at the University of Manitoba with more than 20 years of experience advancing women's health and cancer survivorship care.

She earned her doctor of nursing practice (DNP) in public health nurse leadership from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her PhD in cancer symptom management from Oregon Health & Science University.

Dr. Arring's work focuses on improving quality of life for cancer survivors, particularly those from underserved communities, by addressing cancer-related menopausal symptoms that can profoundly affect daily life and well-being.

Her research examines symptoms such as hot flashes, sexual health concerns, sleep disturbances, and cognitive changes associated with cancer treatment and menopause.

Through clinical trials, she evaluates practical, scalable, and accessible interventions to improve symptom management and enhance quality of life for cancer survivors across diverse populations and care settings.
