In the December 2024 issue of its members magazine, [DONA International](https://www.dona.org/) featured the pregnancy and birth resources at the Our Bodies Ourselves website.

A nonprofit founded in 1992, DONA was instrumental in professionalizing the role of the doula. The organization promotes high quality support for birth, postpartum, and community-centered doulas. It sets the standard for evidence-based training and certification for doulas of diverse backgrounds, and advances the vision of a doula for every person who wants one.
