Nutrition problems aren’t just an issue of willpower. We must reframe the way we think about food and the role it plays in our life. This workshop, from the Lown Cardiology Group, will introduce you to a new heart-healthy framework for nutrition and behavior. Led by Nutrition Coach Erin Murray, who discusses both the biology and psychology of eating.

In this second video presentation, Nutrition Coach Erin Murray discusses the different food groups and how people can change their eating habits and behaviors in a way that best attends to their bodies.
