“One of the things about HRT is, we really don’t have a lot of longitudinal studies that show us exactly what does and does not happen. And one of the reasons why I’m really a big advocate for looking in animals is because doing longitudinal studies where we are able to look in aged populations of mice takes a much shorter time and it’s much better to the animals.”
