Connecting to Our Bodies: Moving Toward Wellness and Body Neutrality

This article discusses what it means to move toward a state of health and flourishing. Even individuals with heart disease or other illnesses can develop a health-centered lifestyle. We do this by learning to appreciate all that our bodies have to offer, without focusing on appearance.
