If you’re looking to get pregnant, it’s important to know when the best time is to conceive. It’s also helpful to know when you’re most fertile if you’re trying to avoid pregnancy. Each person’s “fertility window” or “fertile window” is determined by their ovulation and menstrual cycles. This ovulation calculator can help you identify your most fertile times. Identifying your fertility window is not a guaranteed way to get pregnant (or practice birth control), but it can be extremely helpful.

Knowing the days you are most likely to be fertile can increase your chance of getting pregnant. The typical menstrual cycle is 28 days long, but each woman is different. There are about 6 days during each menstrual cycle when you can get pregnant. This is called your fertile window.”
