Unfortunately, society has many myths and stigmas around menstruation. Not only are these wrong, but they can also be hurtful. There is no need to be scared of starting your period! Having your period shouldn’t stop you from going to school, doing extracurricular activities, or hanging out with your friends. Menstrual rights are human rights!
