The American Heart Association knows that the holidays can be stressful! It’s important not to forget the basics during the holidays, such as eating for you and joyful movement. The AHA’s top five tips will help you manage holiday stress and maintain your heart health.

“Give yourself the gift of peace. If you need some down time to recharge, declare a ‘me-treat’ and do something that relaxes you. Try yoga, meditation or spending time in nature.”
