Thursday, April 9, is the last day the Department of Health & Human Services is accepting comments on [the proposed rule](http://www.regulations.gov/fdmspublic/component/main?main=DocumentDetail&o=090000648090229f) to rescind the Bush administration’s [“provider conscience rule](/blog/political-diagnosis-undoing-bushs-provider-conscience-rule-budget-blueprint-for-health-care-reform-without-a-czar/)" -- which was designed to undermine women's access to reproductive health care.
